Find the piece here and press Personalize on Etsy. On the Etsy listing, choose the options and add what the listing asks for, such as a name, a date or a photo. Your piece is made after you order, with those details.

What sizes are there?

It depends on the piece. Where a piece comes in more than one size, its Etsy listing shows the sizes, and you choose one there before you order.

How do I care for my piece?

Care depends on the piece. Where a listing gives care instructions, they are on the listing. If yours does not, message us through Etsy before you wash or clean it.

Where do I place my order?

In our Etsy shop, khoashopgift. Sewadora is our catalog: every Personalize on Etsy button opens the same piece on Etsy, where you choose the options, pay and follow your order.

Who fulfils my order?

Our Etsy shop, khoashopgift. Orders are placed and fulfilled through it. Each piece is made to order and ships from the USA.

What does a piece cost?

Where a product page shows a price, it comes from Etsy. Where it does not, the page reads See price on Etsy. The Etsy listing shows the current price for the options you choose, before you pay.

How long does an order take?

Etsy shows the estimated delivery date for your address on the listing, before you order. Your piece is made after you order, so check that date if you need it by a certain day.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days on Etsy. For a personalized piece, read the conditions in our Etsy shop policies before you order. There is more on the shipping and returns page.

Is my order protected?

Yes. Etsy Purchase Protection applies to orders placed in our Etsy shop.
