Sewadora is operated by Gtecom LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Sewadora is the first-party catalog for personalized products sold through the khoashopgift shop on Etsy.

This website shows our pieces and sends shoppers to Etsy to personalize and order them. There are no customer accounts and no payments on this site. Etsy handles the order, the payment and the messages about them. Sewadora does not receive or store your payment details.

Information handled when you visit this site

Like most websites, Sewadora and its service providers receive technical information needed to load, secure and understand the site. Depending on the service and your browser settings, this may include your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the referring page, your browser and device type, approximate location, network and performance information, and actions taken on the site.

WordPress and WooCommerce, which run this site, may set cookies needed for basic operation and security. Analytics providers may also set or read cookies and similar identifiers, as described below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use Sewadora. Google Analytics can collect information such as pages viewed, referring sources or campaigns, general device and browser information, approximate geography and interactions on the site. Our setup also records when a visitor clicks a link to Etsy or another website; that event can include the destination address, its domain and the visible link text.

Google Analytics uses cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to tell browsers apart and to connect visits. Google states that an IP address is used during collection to provide and protect the service and to derive general location information, but that Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, Etsy order details or payment details to Google Analytics.

Microsoft Clarity

We may also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and session replays. When it is in use, Clarity may collect clicks, scrolls, pointer or touch movements, page navigation, window-size changes, page layout changes, performance or diagnostic events and other interaction information. A session replay is a reconstruction of activity on the page; it is not a recording from your camera or microphone.

Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to connect page views and build its heatmaps and replays. Examples listed by Microsoft include _clck and _clsk, as well as Microsoft-domain cookies. Microsoft says privacy-sensitive fields are masked in playback. Its purpose here is to improve navigation, layout and usability, not to collect payment information.

Microsoft currently states that ordinary playback data is kept for 30 days and heatmap and click data for 9 months; labeled or favorited sessions may be kept for 9 months. Cloudflare security and content delivery

Sewadora uses Cloudflare as its network, content-delivery and security provider. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare so it can route traffic, cache and deliver content, measure performance, keep the site available, and detect or limit malicious or automated requests.

Cloudflare may process technical request and security information such as IP addresses, traffic-routing data, request headers, URLs, error and cache information, and threat signals. Depending on which security feature a request meets, Cloudflare may set cookies needed for bot management, rate limiting, challenge completion, session routing or availability. Not every Cloudflare cookie is set for every visitor.

Cookie and browser choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and some browsers or extensions can block analytics scripts. These controls can reduce analytics collection, but blocking cookies or scripts can also affect security checks or site features. This section describes the choices available; it does not claim that one browser setting stops every kind of server-side security logging.

Information you send to us

This site has no forms, no accounts and no email sign-up, so it does not ask for your name or email address. If you message us through Etsy, Etsy carries the message under its own policies, and we read and keep it to reply, to handle your order and to keep business records. Please do not send payment details in a message.

Information handled by Etsy

When you click through to Etsy, Etsy’s privacy policy and terms apply. Etsy handles the account and order information needed for a purchase, which may include your name, billing and shipping details, payment information, messages and order records. Those records are held by Etsy under its policies, not stored on this website.

Service providers and processing locations

We share site information with service providers only as needed to run, secure, measure and improve Sewadora. The providers named above operate internationally and may process information in countries other than the one where you live, under their own terms, policies and contracts. This policy is not a promise about any provider’s systems or legal compliance.

Your requests

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Message us through our Etsy shop, khoashopgift, or write to Gtecom LLC at the address below, and we will respond within 30 days. Analytics and security records may be pseudonymous and may not let us identify a particular visitor from a name alone. We may need enough information to understand and verify a request, and some information may need to be kept for security, record-keeping or legal reasons.

Etsy holds your Etsy account records; for those, contact Etsy. Our Etsy shop, khoashopgift, receives the order details it needs to fulfil and ship your order, such as your name, shipping address and personalization. Ask us about those as above.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you further privacy rights.
